TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the end user (“User” or “You”) and Polar Cheats (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”). By accessing, purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any software, key, loader, or service provided by Polar Cheats (collectively, the “Services”), You agree to be bound by these Terms.
If You do not agree, You must not access or use the Services.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 “Services” include all digital keys, software loaders, downloadable tools, documentation, and website content provided by Polar Cheats.
1.2 “Software” means any executable file, loader, configuration, key validation system, or digital product sold or distributed by Polar Cheats.
1.3 “User Content” includes any communication sent through Discord, email, or other platforms managed by Polar Cheats.
1.4 “Prohibited Party” refers to any individual or entity barred from accessing the Services under Section 4.
2. LICENSE GRANT
2.1 Polar Cheats provides a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software solely for personal lawful purposes.
2.2 This license is not a sale of any intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Polar Cheats.
2.3 Polar Cheats may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice.
3. NO WARRANTY OF FUNCTIONALITY
3.1 The Software is provided strictly “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
3.2 Polar Cheats does not guarantee compatibility, continued operability, or availability of any feature, especially following:
Game updates
Anti-cheat updates
Operating system changes
3.3 Polar Cheats is not responsible for account bans, suspensions, penalties, or enforcement actions by any third-party platform, publisher, or anti-cheat provider.
4. ELIGIBILITY & PROHIBITED PARTIES
The following individuals and entities are strictly prohibited from accessing, purchasing, or using the Services:
4.1 Geographic Restrictions
Users domiciled in Sweden or accessing the Services from Swedish IP addresses are not permitted to use or purchase the Services.
4.2 Affiliates of Certain Game Publishers
Any employee, contractor, affiliate, consultant, representative, or agent of companies related to:
Rust / Facepunch Studios
Arc Raiders / Embark Studios
Fortnite / Epic Games
Apex Legends / Respawn Entertainment / EA
DayZ / Bohemia Interactive
Dead by Daylight / Behaviour Interactive
is prohibited from accessing or using the Services.
4.3 Anti-Cheat Affiliations
Individuals or entities employed by, contracting with, or affiliated with any anti-cheat provider, including but not limited to:
Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC)
BattlEye (BE)
Vanguard
Ricochet
FACEIT
Unity Anti-Cheat
Any internal or proprietary anti-cheat technology of the above Publishers
are strictly prohibited from using or accessing the Services.
4.4 Government & Law Enforcement
Members of law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, or government contractors acting in investigative or enforcement capacities are prohibited from accessing or using the Services.
4.5 Agreement on Eligibility
By using the Services, You represent and warrant that You are not a Prohibited Party.
Violation of this section results in immediate termination without refund.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 You acknowledge that Polar Cheats does not condone:
Violations of game Terms of Service
Unauthorized commercial use
Accessing the Software in regions where it is restricted
5.2 You assume all responsibility for the use of the Software and any consequences thereof.
5.3 You may not:
Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code
Circumvent security measures
Share, resell, or distribute keys
Use the Software in any unlawful manner
6. EXTERNAL-ONLY FUNCTIONALITY STATEMENT
6.1 Polar Cheats’ Software operates solely through external interaction and does not access, modify, or read game memory.
6.2 Polar Cheats does not bypass anti-cheat systems, secure modules, encryption, or protected game binaries.
This clause is intentionally included for legal protection under DMCA and anti-circumvention laws.
7. PAYMENT, KEYS, AND DELIVERY
7.1 Our third-party payment processor handles payment information.
7.2 Keys are considered consumed upon delivery.
7.3 No refunds are issued once a key is delivered, except where required by applicable United States law.
7.4 Chargebacks or payment disputes result in:
Key invalidation
Account termination
Reporting to fraud databases where applicable
8. SUBSCRIPTIONS & LICENSES
8.1 Polar Cheats sells:
Lifetime licenses
Time-limited licenses
8.2 Polar Cheats may revoke access for violation of these Terms without refund.
9. TELEMETRY & DATA COLLECTION
9.1 By using the Software, You consent to the collection of technical data, which may include:
Hardware identifiers (HWID)
System configuration
IP address
Crash logs
Usage statistics
9.2 Telemetry is used solely for:
License validation
Fraud prevention
Software improvement
9.3 Data processing complies with applicable United States federal and state data protection laws.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polar Cheats shall not be liable for:
Direct or indirect damages
Loss of revenue
Loss of accounts or in-game progress
Business interruption
Legal claims arising from third-party Terms of Service violations
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Polar Cheats from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense arising from:
Your use of the Services
Your breach of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party agreement
12. TERMINATION
Polar Cheats may terminate or suspend Your license immediately if:
You violate any section of these Terms
You are identified as a Prohibited Party
Telemetry indicates misuse
Fraud is detected
No refunds will be provided.
13. JURISDICTION, GOVERNING LAW & ARBITRATION
13.1 These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration seated in the United States, administered under applicable U.S. arbitration rules.
13.3 Users waive any right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings.
13.4 Users agree that United States courts have exclusive jurisdiction for injunctive relief or enforcement of arbitration awards.
14. SERVICE OF PROCESS
Polar Cheats does not accept service of process electronically.
All legal correspondence must be delivered according to applicable United States procedural requirements and international treaty obligations.
15. AMENDMENTS
Polar Cheats reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By accessing or using the Services, You affirm that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
